Hi there, my name is Toby Riley.   My foster mom just calls me Toby.  My sister Bellla Star and I are best friends.   We have never been apart from one another.  We have lived a great life together until about 6 months ago.  Sadly, at that time our human passed away.  Bella and I have lost a lot this year.  But, we have a lot of new "RUFF" friends!  Our friends at RUFF are going to find us a new famiy that will adopt us both!!  We are so excited that we get to stay together!  (*AL)
