How Ya Doin. My name is Petey and finding a home is my game. I’m an older guy (just 12 years old). I’m like your old sweater that makes you feel better on a bad day. I can give you that comfort and unconditional love that you can’t get anywhere else but from an experienced snuggle bug. I get along with dogs and humans (I haven't been cat tested). I love to receive a lot of attention. I am excellent on a leash and absolutely love my walks!  

I have a nice raincoat for rainy days. I can free roam in the house when left alone. I am a really good boy; I just sleep until you come back home (on occasion I'll peek out the window to see if anything interesting is going on). I have a lot of spunk left in me and would love for you to take me home with you. My hearing isn't as good as it used to be but I understand hand commands and I can hear other dogs bark and certain noises. I sleep all night, I love to sleep. Don't count on me to be your alarm clock; you'll have to wake me up. I had a physical and I am a healthy senior. So won't you please give me a chance? Give me a chance to be your forever best bud.
