Hi there! My name is Trooper Spence and my motto is "Play Hard, Nap Hard!" I had a rough start but now I'm living my best life! You see, when I was just six weeks old someone found me in a box marked "free puppies" and I was so sick. When I got to the hospital, I had worms and parvo and only weighed 3 pounds, 14 ounces. But the wonderful folks at Hometown Realty, Clayton Animal Hospital, and RUFF made sure I got the care I needed!  Now, I am weighing in at a whopping 8 pounds, feeling fab-u-lous, and I've got my eyes on the future! When I grow up I want to be a good ol' brown dog and I'm learning all about it from my two foster brothers. I am getting really good at walking on my leash, playing fetch, sleeping all night, wrestling with my canine brothers, playing with my humans sisters, and chasing that sneaky cat. I am also making progress on my potty training and crate training.  I love running and playing in our fenced in backyard so I hope my forever home has one, too. I already have my tennis balls packed so we can play! I have done well riding around to meet humans and other pets; I have played well with kids from ages 3-12. I have not met any tiny humans yet but I'm pretty sure I'd like to lick
their faces, too. I love, love giving kisses. Sometimes I even like to talk--getting really good at using my bark!I would love to meet you so we can talk about me becoming a member of your family!
